Alison will meet you at your chosen location.  This informal meeting allows you to meet Alison - discuss your hopes, dreams and plans for your new space – in essence draw up a landscape design brief to use when creating your Landscape Design Concept.  Ideas can be briefly discussed too in this 1 hour Consultation.

Thereafter Alison will email you a Landscape Design Fee Proposal including a Client Brief and a Breakdown of Landscape Design Service Fees and Services

Upon approval of the Landscape Design Fee Proposal  Alison will schedule in a time to visit your site to visually analyse  site conditions and take photos and measurements where necessary. This information is then used in conjunction with the property documents and your landscape design brief to create a Concept Design.

“Love this stage” – Dream Time!

Alison will prepare and present a Plan including a moodboard to illustrate how the Landscape Concept will work in your space.  At this stage amendments can be discussed together with planting design ideas and material choices.  Upon approval of your Landscape Layout Alison will then move on to the Planting Design Stage

'The Feel Good Factor'

Using your brief the Planting Plan is the final piece of the Landscape Design Concept Stage where a detailed planting plan is created and drawn up including a detailed planting schedule.

Further fine tuning of the Landscape Concept Design is done at this stage.  This stage is client specific.  At this stage drafting of  construction details and other documents can be drawn up and if requested a hand drawn Masterplan can be crafted and created.  3D work can be requested at this stage too.
